All rates above are Bed and Breakfast rates. These rates are based on double occupancy and are subject
to an 9% state sales tax and a 10% service charge.
Modified American Plan (MAP) add $26 per person. MAP includes dinner and breakfast with each night's stay.
MAP rates are subject to an 9% sales tax and a 15% service charge.

Rates are based on double occupancy including lodging and breakfast. BB rates are subject to an 9% state tax and a 10% gratuity.
Children 15 and under stay and eat free.

Reservations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit. Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy: Failure to notify our office at least 7 days prior to check-in time will result in your card being charged for a one night stay. Cancellations must be made by phone.
Check in/out time:
Check-in is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
All rates are quoted in US funds and are subject to change without notice.
